Clasyo is a cloud-based school management system that provides tools for managing students, teachers, attendance, examinations, fees, and other school-related activities.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

We offer different account types with varying features:

• Super Admin: Full system access and control
• School Admin: School-level management

• Staff: Limited administrative access

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

8.1 Service Level

• Target uptime: 99.5%
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timesten Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you will lose access to the service. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
